〈Job Description〉
► Back of House
1. Noodle making, meat stewing, ingredient washing and preparation.
2. Dishwashing and other kitchen-related tasks.
3. Preparing required ingredients based on customer orders.
► Front of House
1. Customer reception, seating, menu introduction, taking orders, and serving food.
2. Setting and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
3. Assisting with dishwashing and utensil cleaning.
