Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
* Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Support informed decision-making by managing the procurement of coupon/standard Production Minutes Statements for each production article.
* Design and implement systems and workflows that align with organizational goals and promote a lean, agile environment.
* Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or safety standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions into the overall business strategy.
* Ensure the 5S standards in the work area.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the footwear industry.
* Exposure to IE projects (e.g., One Pair System).
* Hands-on experience in shoe process development.
* Strong problem-solving skills in production processes.
* Proactive, communicative, resilient, with a composed attitude.
* Effective prioritization and time management skills.
【Salary is based on the local range in Indonesia, with a monthly salary of 20,000 to 22,000 NTD.】
