2. 提供產品售後服務與使用教學。
3. 客戶端程式版本更新。
4. 系統問題派工單撰寫及追蹤。
5. 負責飯店及餐飲營業系統。【註】

【加分條件】
1. 具備資訊或產業相關背景尤佳。
2. 資訊系統客服或系統技術支援經驗尤佳。
3. 具備電腦軟硬體及其周邊設備處理知識尤佳。
4. 具備國際或星級飯店經歷,並有飯店前台系統使用經驗尤佳。
5. 具備外語口說流利者(擇一:英文、日文、越南語或印尼文),提供語言津貼。

【學習發展】
1. 上線專案管理。
2. 飯店經營管理產業知識。
3. 技術客服專業(系統軟硬體基礎知識、SQL簡易程式指令、產品規劃、協同工程師問題查找與解決能力)。
