Job Description
Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment by Cai DuoDuo: Roller Shutter Installation Technician
Work Location:
Neiding 2nd Street, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City (primarily on-site installation work)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Roller shutter installation tasks
2. Perform on-site construction work assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
1. Willing to work overtime
2. Hardworking, able to endure physical tasks, and responsible
Working Hours:
08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Salary:
Monthly salary: NT$36,000
(Base salary NT$34,000 + Meal allowance NT$2,000)
*Overtime pay calculated based on the base salary of NT$34,000
Leave System:
Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
Benefits:
1. Health examination: General check-up (self-paid)
2. Performance bonus: Issued every six months
3. Festival bonus, birthday gift, and annual bonus (1–3 months depending on performance)
