Job Description
Full-time Production Operator (Shift work preferred)
Job Description:
1. Operate production line machines and equipment, ensuring proper operation.
2. Perform product assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipment tasks on the production site.
3. Coordinate with other operators to meet production and procedural standards.
4. Complete production reports to monitor progress against production targets.
5. Carry out production-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Work Shifts:
* Morning shift: 07:00–15:00 (with day shift allowance; free lunch provided)
* Afternoon shift: 15:00–23:00 (with afternoon shift allowance; meal allowance provided)
* Night shift: 23:00–07:00 (with night shift allowance; meal allowance provided)
Additional Benefits:
* Extra allowance for employees who can rotate across three shifts.
* Overtime pay calculated separately.
* Retention bonus available after six months of continuous employment.
Other Requirements:
* Candidates with manufacturing experience preferred.

5.完成主管交辦有關生產產品、程序事宜。
早班：07:00-15:00(享日班津貼)
中班：15:00-23:00(享中班津貼)
晚班：23:00-07:00(享夜班津貼)
