Job Description
1. Assist in establishing compensation and benefits policies, implement annual C&B plans, and monitor legal and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness
2. Prepare and manage the annual personnel expense budget, and regularly monitor its usage to ensure rational spending
3. Conduct compensation cost analysis, internal and external salary surveys, evaluate internal pay equity, and provide improvement suggestions
4. Carry out payroll and compensation-related operations
This position includes 3 months of training in Taiwan, followed by relocation to the Vietnam plant. Working hours will follow the Vietnam schedule.

4. 執行各項薪酬作業
(這職位3個月在台培訓之後回越南，上班時間會以越南廠為主)
