[MMHG Hospitality Group] New Brand Launch – Commis / Demi Chef
Work Location
Datong District, Taipei City (near MRT Shuanglian Station)
Working Hours
Day / Evening Shifts: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(Shift-based schedule with meal break only)
[Qualifications]
• 1–3 years of experience in the F&B industry; experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
• Familiar with Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients, with the ability to recreate and innovate traditional flavors
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible, ensuring consistent food quality
• Positive learning attitude, open to challenges and feedback, and able to adapt to the high standards of fine dining environments
[Job Responsibilities]
• Prepare and cook dishes on-site
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety in compliance with food safety regulations
