●Maintain customer equipment from major vendors such as NetApp, EMC, Dell, HP, and IBM.
●Perform hardware installations, uninstallations, and configurations.
●Support IT outsourcing services.
●Ensure existing customer hardware is operating at optimal performance and stability.
●Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' unique business needs and provide relevant professional advice to tailor the most suitable computer equipment solutions for their operations.
●Promptly resolve various hardware issues encountered by customers, significantly reducing downtime and system crashes.
●Guide and train junior engineers to improve their technical skills, fostering mutual learning and knowledge exchange.
