Job Description
Position: Front-of-House Service Staff (Day/Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time (Direct Hire on behalf of partner company)
Job Description:
Junior Level: Customer reception and seating, menu introduction, order assistance, tableside service, and maintaining cleanliness.
Intermediate Level: Attracting new customers, maintaining regulars, analyzing special needs, creating memorable service cases.
Senior Level: Managing queue numbers, seating arrangement, phone reception, floor control, and specialty roles such as amusement park assistant or nail technician.
Requirements:
1. Must be legally eligible to work in Taiwan with a clean record and meet the points system requirement.
2. Fluent in spoken Chinese, basic Chinese writing ability, familiar with tablet usage, and able to read a Chinese menu.
3. Physically fit, able to stand and walk for long periods, and lift heavy items (e.g., dishes).
4. Willing to undergo company training and comply with procedures (e.g., food safety, occupational safety).
5. Friendly, proactive, communicative, and willing to learn and promote dishes.
6. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime preferred.
Working Hours:
Day/afternoon/evening/split/night shifts (rotational; shift options negotiable)
Examples:
08:00–17:00 / 10:00–20:00 / 11:00–21:00 / 12:00–22:00 / 13:00–23:00 / 16:00–02:00
※ Night shift: 19:00–04:00 (no shift rotation required)
Salary:
Day shift: NT$40,000 base salary (excluding overtime); bonuses available upon passing evaluations
Night shift: Average NT$45,000+
※ Midnight Bonus: Extra NT$50/hr after 00:00 (Average NT$4,000–6,000/month)

Senior: NT$57,500
Specialty: NT$75,000
Supervisor: NT$80,000
Department Manager: NT$90,000–120,000

Senior level and above receive monthly profit-sharing bonuses.

工作內容：
初級：接待及引導、餐點介紹、協助顧客點餐、桌邊服務及維護環境等。
中級：抓新顧客、維護老顧客、分析顧客特殊需求、創造感動案例。
高級：負責號碼牌發放、坐位安排、電話接聽、現場節奏控制、遊樂園/美甲師等特崗。
應徵條件：
1. 需為合格身分無不良紀錄，評點制分數可達標。
2. 中文流利對談，具基本中文書寫能力，熟悉(中文)平板操作，可閱讀中文菜單。
3. 身體健康，可長時間站立、走動，需可提重物(如搬餐具)。

工作時間：
日班／中班／晚班／兩頭班／小夜班 (需輪班，班別可溝通)
各班別依據崗位有不同上班時間。
例：
08:00-17:00、10:00-20:00、11:00-21:00、12:00-22:00、13:00-23:00、16:00-02:00。
※夜班：19:00-04:00 (不需輪班)
薪資：
日班：底薪 NT$40,000 (未含加班費)，通過考核另有獎金
夜班：平均薪資 NT$45,000 起
※ 夜間津貼：00:00後每小時加給50元 (平均夜班津貼可達4000~6000)
