Job Description
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the footwear industry.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the factory audit process (FPA).
- Proficient in technical product skills, with a focus on risk management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work proactively, analyzing situations and offering effective solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Skilled in creating reports and providing detailed analysis.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
- Competence in essential software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
