Job Description
Dim Sum Kitchen – Production Apprentice (Part-Time)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate strong passion, curiosity, and interest in Hong Kong–style dim sum and product development.
2. Work proactively with a strong sense of responsibility; able to complete tasks independently.
3. Manage and ensure the quality of dishes, and discuss menu adjustments with the operations team.
4. Ensure all assigned food categories comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
Work Location:
6F, A2 Building, T.S. Mall, East District, Tainan City
Working Hours:
Day Shift / Evening Shift / Weekend Shift
09:00–14:00 / 14:30–21:00
Shift rotation required.

* During regular semesters: up to 20 working hours per week.
* During winter and summer breaks: up to 40 working hours per week.
