[Store Training Period]
* Responsible for store operation management and maintaining customer relationships.
* Analyze store inventory and sales to promote product performance.
* Recruit, train, audit, and manage part-time staff schedules.
[Sales Back-Office Training Period]
* Guide store operations based on company policies and standard operating procedures.
* Act as a liaison between headquarters and stores, providing guidance and promoting business operations.
* Assign tasks to direct-managed store staff, provide guidance, and evaluate performance.
[Formal Department Assignment at Headquarters]
* Develop and promote mid-to-long-term operational strategies for the assigned department.
* Handle departmental business planning and execution.
* Execute and track operational management goals.
[Salary Information]
* Starting salary during probationary period: NT$31,000–34,000.
* After passing a four-day evaluation, salary adjusts to NT$38,000–41,000.
* Promotion to Deputy Store Manager (following assessment): NT$42,000–45,000 or higher.
* Promotion to Store Manager (following assessment): NT$48,000–52,000 or higher.
* Promotion to Sales Coordinator: NT$60,000 or higher.
[Additional Information]
* The time required to advance to Sales Coordinator is approximately one year.

＊分發部門中、長期經營策略規劃及其相關業務推動。
＊分發部門相關業務企劃。
＊執行與追蹤各項營運管理目標。
【薪資說明】
＊職場體驗(試用期)起薪:31000~34000
＊通過四天評鑑後薪資調整為:38000~41000
＊晉升副店長(通過考核次月晉升)薪資:42000~45000或以上
＊晉升店長(通過考核次月晉升)薪資:48000~52000或以上
＊晉升營業擔當薪資至少:60000以上
