Job Description
1. Responsible for the operation of production line machines and equipment, maintaining normal machine operation.
2. Control and maintain product quality during the production process and handle unexpected situations.
3. Perform regular maintenance and servicing of production equipment, troubleshooting, abnormal analysis, and follow-up.
4. Process optimization and minor improvements/design of equipment.
5. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and adapt to company production schedules and overtime.

A. No. 11, Section 1, Nangong Road, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City (Nankan Plant)
B. No. 91, Lane 129, Jiulong Section, Zhongxing Road, Longtan District, Taoyuan City (Longtan Plant)
C. No. 1, Dougong 8th Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County (Douliu Plant)
Working Hours:
Day Shift: 08:00 to 17:00 (subject to slight adjustments based on production scheduling, overtime required as needed)
Night Shift: 20:00 to 04:30 (overtime required as needed, up to 08:00)
・Meals provided (self-payment: $21 for breakfast, $42 for lunch, $42 for dinner, the rest subsidized by the company).
・Two rest days per week (scheduled according to production line requirements).
・Electrical and mechanical-related certificates (indoor wiring, industrial wiring, computer-aided design, lathe, milling, welding, etc.) are preferred (Grade B or C).
1. 負責生產線機器、設備之操作，並維持機台正常運作。
2. 管控及維持生產流程中之產品品質與突發狀況處理。
3. 生產設備機台定期維護、保養，並進行故障排除、異常分析與追蹤處理。
4. 製程優化、設備微改善/設計。
5. 主管交辦事項，可配合公司生產調度與加班。
*上班地點:
A.桃園市蘆竹區南工路一段11號(南崁廠)
B.桃園市龍潭區中興路九龍段129巷91號(龍潭廠)
C.雲林縣斗六市斗工八路1號(斗六廠)
*上班時段:
日班08:00至 17:00(視生產排程微調整、視工作狀況需配合加班)
夜班20:00至04:30 (需配合加班至08:00)
*有提供工作餐(採付費供膳: $21/早餐、$42午餐、$42晚餐，其餘由公司補助)
*每週排休2日(配合生產線安排休假日) 、 具電機機械相關證照(室內配電/工業配電/電腦繪圖/車床/銑床/銲接…)乙級或丙級尤佳
