Job Description
1. Product procurement, price inquiry, negotiation, and order processing.
2. Supplier relationship maintenance and management (daily correspondence, new/old product management, quality issue handling, delivery scheduling, invoice and payment reconciliation, etc.).
3. Sales analysis and inventory management.
4. Administrative tasks (document organization, license applications, etc.).
5. Other duties assigned by supervisors.

1. 商品採購、詢價、議價、訂購作業。
2. 供應商關係維護與管理(日常書信往來/新舊品管理/品質異常處理/交期管理/對帳請款等)。
3. 商品銷售分析及庫存管理。
4. 文書行政作業(文件整理/許可證申辦...)。
5. 其它主管交辦事項。
