Job Description
1. Provide technical support, document writing, technical teaching material preparation, and training as an instructor.
2. Must be familiar with Component products (MB/VGA) and system products (NB, DT) and skilled in assembling/disassembling computers independently.
3. Analyze and resolve issues related to MSI MB/VGA/NB/DT products.
4. Respond to customer inquiries about technical applications and provide technical consultations for products.
Educational Requirements:
* Electrical and Electronic Engineering-related fields
* Information Engineering-related fields
* Electrical and Electronic Maintenance-related fields
Other Requirements:
1. 2–3 years of experience in the electronics industry
2. Strong stress tolerance, teamwork skills, and good communication abilities
3. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC score 700 or above)
