Job Description
Position: Food Court Management Trainee (Future Store Manager) – Tainan Shin Kong Zhongshan Store
Job Responsibilities:
In addition to basic counter cashier duties, meal preparation, and introducing dishes, responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance of the work area, as well as washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
Store manager duties require proficiency in:
1. Sales target achievement, personnel management, and inventory control.
2. Product sales and process quality control.
3. Planning employee training, performance evaluation, assessment, and promotion decisions.
4. Handling customer complaints and supervising store staff.
5. Planning front-end and back-end operating procedures.
6. Recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
7. Vendor communication, decision-making on major events and product selection, and providing proposals for discussion.
Working Hours:
Based on department store business hours. Detailed working schedule to be discussed during the interview, depending on availability.
