Job Description
1.跨境官網客服問題回覆及處理
2.接聽所有客服電話及文字客服
3.協助主管交辦事宜

(1)排班時段：二個時段
09:00-20:00
12:00-21:00
(2)需要配合休假輪班（依勞基法休假規定）。
(3)培訓期排班：週一至週五上班（周休二日：休星期六/日）
正式上線排班：週一至週日上班（周休二日：排班輪休制）。
