Job Description
▲ Main Responsibilities ▲
◇ Supplier Management
* Develop, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery schedules meet company requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure long-term supply stability.
◇ Procurement Planning & Execution
* Formulate procurement plans based on project needs to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
* Issue purchase orders and track execution to ensure on-time delivery.
◇ Price Negotiation
* Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to obtain the best procurement conditions and reduce costs.
* Analyze market price trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
◇ Contract Management
* Prepare and draft procurement contracts, ensuring clarity and legal compliance.
* Address issues during contract execution and resolve disputes with suppliers.
◇ Quality Control
* Ensure all purchased materials and equipment comply with company quality standards.
* Collaborate with the QC department to inspect supplier products and handle nonconforming items.
◇ Cost Control & Analysis
* Regularly analyze procurement costs and develop cost-control plans, proposing cost-saving measures.
* Monitor cost fluctuations and provide reports to management for decision-making.
◇ Logistics & Inventory Management
* Coordinate logistics to ensure materials and equipment arrive on time and in good condition.
* Manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and prevent shortages or excess.
◇ Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with sales, engineering, and technical departments to support project progress.
* Participate in project meetings and provide procurement status updates.
◇ Project Subcontracting
* Plan and execute subcontracting activities, selecting appropriate contractors based on project needs.
* Evaluate and manage contractors to ensure project quality and schedule compliance.
* Negotiate subcontract terms, draft contracts, and monitor contract execution.
* Resolve issues during subcontracting and coordinate resources to ensure smooth project execution.
◇ Process Establishment & Optimization
* Establish and refine procurement processes to ensure standardization and operational efficiency.
* Optimize workflows, shorten procurement cycles, and improve overall performance.
▲ Job Requirements ▲
◇ Work Experience
1. Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in MEP engineering.
2. Familiar with MEP-related material and equipment suppliers.
◇ Skills
1. Strong negotiation and cost-control abilities.
2. Knowledge of contract management and relevant regulations.
◇ Professional Knowledge
1. Understanding of MEP engineering standards and specifications.
2. Familiar with market trends and able to respond to changes quickly.
◇ Personal Qualities
1. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
2. Strong cost and quality awareness.
◇ Relationship Management
1. Ability to travel for supplier relationship maintenance.
2. Assist with site surveys.
3. Negotiate special pricing with suppliers.
Salary:
Starting from NT$40,000 per month
(Fixed or variable salary depends on qualifications and performance)

2. Must hold a car or motorcycle driver’s license.
3. Willing to learn, hardworking, able to travel and work overtime, stable.

-編制及擬定採購合約，確保合約條款清晰且符合法律規範。
-處理合約執行中的問題，協調並解決與供應商之間的爭議。
◇品質控管
-確保所有採購的材料及設備符合公司質量標準。
-與品管部門合作，對供應商所提供的產品進行品質檢驗，並處理不合格產品。
◇成本控制與分析
-定期分析採購成本，制定成本控制計劃，提出節省成本建議。
-監控採購成本的變動，提供相關報告給管理層參考。
◇物流與庫存管理
-協調物流運輸，確保物料和設備按時、完好無損的送達施工現場。
-管理庫存，確保庫存水平合理，避免過多積壓或短缺。
◇內部協作
-與業務、工程、技術等部門緊密協作，確保項目順利進行。
-參與項目會議，提供採購進度和相關支援。
◇工程發包
-負責工程發包的策劃和執行，根據項目需求選擇合適的承包商。
-評估和管理承包商，確保工程進度和品質符合標準。
-與承包商進行合約談判，制定和簽訂發包合約，並跟進合約執行情況。
-處理發包過程中的問題，協調各方資源，確保工程順利進行。
◇建立和完善採購流程：
-制定並完善採購流程，確保採購作業的標準化和高效運行。
-優化採購流程，縮短採購周期，加速作業時間，提升整體效率。

◇工作經驗
1. 具備兩年以上機電工程業的採購工作經驗。
2. 熟悉機電工程相關材料和設備的市場和供應商資源。
◇技能要求
1. 優秀的談判技巧和成本控制能力。

1. 了解機電工程行業的技術標準和規範。
2. 了解市場行情，能夠及時應對市場變化。

薪資：
月薪40,000元以上
