[MUME] Part-Time Service Staff (Front of House) – Michelin-Starred Restaurant
Work Location
1F., No. 28, Siwei Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City
Working Hours
Evening / Weekend Shifts (Rotational)
2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
[Ideal Candidate Profile]
• At least 1 year of work experience (F&B experience preferred), with basic knowledge of food and beverages
• Basic conversational skills in Chinese and English; basic Japanese is a plus
• Responsible, passionate about work, and eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Open to feedback and able to improve accordingly
• Adaptable with strong communication skills
• Sincere in customer interactions with keen observation skills to anticipate guest needs and provide appropriate service promptly
• Good emotional management
• High standards for personal growth and work performance
[Job Responsibilities]
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and working environment
• Understand and recommend food and beverage options to guests
• Serve dishes and explain menu items to guests
• Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm, and provide farewell service
• Manage dining pace and guest flow efficiently
• Communicate guest needs clearly with the kitchen team
• Handle billing procedures accurately
• Participate in company training programs and activities
• Maintain a professional and neat appearance
• Observe guests carefully and respond promptly to their needs
• Manage procurement and inventory of front-of-house supplies
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel when necessary
• Update menus as required
Scheduling Requirement
• Minimum 8–10 working days per month

• 標準結帳流程
• 配合公司發布的教育訓練和活動規劃
• 保持專業整潔的外表形象
• 仔細觀察客人並察覺其需求，迅速執行相應服務
• 外場用品的採購和管理
