Job Description
Fixed day or night shift, 12-hour shifts, no rotation.
2-days-on / 2-days-off schedule (overtime available based on production needs).
Standing work, operating machines, using microscopes in some units.
Day shift salary: NT$31,680 and up (overtime pay & bonuses extra)
Night shift salary: NT$36,370 and up (overtime pay & bonuses extra)
Retention bonus: Eligible Production Technicians (OP) receive NT$1,410 per month.
Conditions:
- Pass the 1-month probation period.
- Regular attendance.
- Still employed on the payment date.
Paid on the monthly payday (the 5th of the following month). Estimated monthly pay including the retention bonus:
Day shift
- 2-days-on / 2-days-off (no overtime): approx. NT$33,090
- 3-days-on / 1-day-off, about 5 overtime days per month: approx. NT$42,990
Night shift
- 2-days-on / 2-days-off (no overtime): approx. NT$37,780
- 3-days-on / 1-day-off, about 5 overtime days per month: approx. NT$49,146
Requirements:
1. Recommended height at least 155 cm.
2. Able to work standing for long periods.
3. Able to work fixed day/night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and overtime based on production needs.
