Specializing in small-volume, high-mix, high-difficulty, and emerging PCBA production, we are looking for a Process Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize our DIP and SMT processes and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Process Design & Technical Support
1) Design and optimize SMT and DIP production processes to ensure stability, compliance with standards, and high yield.
2) Analyze process parameters and production data to continuously improve equipment utilization, efficiency, and quality.

2. Process Management & Quality Enhancement
1) Refine techniques such as component insertion, solder paste printing, reflow, wave soldering, and hand soldering to enhance process capabilities.
2) Work closely with the QA team to conduct failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

3. Equipment Maintenance & Technology Integration
1) Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of SMT / DIP equipment to ensure operational stability.
2) Introduce new processes and equipment to boost technical competitiveness in manufacturing.

4. Training & Knowledge Transfer
1) Provide process knowledge and operational training for production staff; troubleshoot technical issues on-site and build a technically proficient team.
