You are not expected to know everything, but you must be passionate, inspired, and persistent about solving problems and achieving your best. Your Qualifications:
1. Graduates with a major in Biology or related fields.
2. Interest in the fields of biotech.
3. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions independently.
4. Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged.
5. Well-Experienced in cell culture assay is a plus.
6. Fluent in English or German is a plus.
Working Hours:
09:00–18:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)
Salary:
Monthly salary starting from NT$31,520 (actual amount may vary based on individual experience or performance)

Remarks:
1. Applicants with no prior experience are welcome; candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
2. Proficiency in English is required; basic or no Chinese proficiency is acceptable.
