**Your Responsibilities Include**

-Handling account opening and document verification
-Backend setup and maintenance for accounts
-Daily/monthly fund and commission reconciliation
-Platform reconciliation and transaction verification
-Filing and dispatching reconciliation reports
-Accurate account balancing and adjustments
-Identifying system issues and proposing solutions

**What We Expect From You**

-Strong communication, learning ability, and numerical sensitivity
-At least 2 years of back-office experience is a plus
-Intermediate or above English proficiency

**Work Schedule**
*Working Days: Monday to Friday (fixed weekends off)
*Shifts / Hours:
Morning Shift: 07:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 18:00;
Evening Shift: 14:00 - 23:00 (approximately once every 3 months, with an evening shift allowance of NT$300 per day)
*Work on national holidays (including Lunar New Year) is required, with overtime pay provided according to regulations.
*During the training period, the preferred shift is 09:00 - 18:00.

**身為團隊的一份子您將負責**
- 處理開戶及客戶送交資料審核等相關事宜 。
- 帳戶設立和系統後臺設置及維護。
- 每日/每月銀行匯出及匯入帳款及佣金結算統計作業。
- 各業務平臺的日常對帳工作,包括每日的各帳戶明細、實際到帳情況、出入帳的日核算作業。
- 業務對帳報表的歸檔及整理,定時發送資料確認。
- 核算所有開戶的帳務情況,如出現問題可以及時進行統計核算並調整帳務至正確狀態。
- 及時發現系統問題和資料缺陷,與相關技術部門進行溝通並能及時向主管提出有效的建議。

**期待您具備的能力與特質**
- 溝通能力及學習力佳,對數字敏感,邏輯運算能力佳。
- 擁有2年以上內勤工作經驗者尤佳。
- 具備英文基礎以上能力

**工作安排**
*工作日:週一至週五 (固定週休六日)
*班別/時間:
早班 07:00 - 16:00 或 9:00 - 18:00;
另需支援晚班 14:00 - 23:00 班別 (約3個月輪一次晚班,並享有晚班津貼每日300元)
*需配合國定假日(包含春節)出勤,均依法給付加班費。
*培訓期間,以早班 09:00-18:00 為優先。
