Job Description:
【Front-of-House Responsibilities】
1. Customer service – greeting, seating, taking orders, serving meals, checkout, and handling takeout orders.
2. Introducing and promoting menu items.
3. Entering customer orders into the system and sending them to the kitchen.
4. Setting up tables, clearing dishes, and managing service carts.
5. Keeping the environment clean and tidy.
6. Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
＊Team spirit and proactive assistance are required.
【Back-of-House Responsibilities】
Team-based collaboration to complete:
1. Maintaining and managing food quality.
2. Preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, cooking rice, etc.).
3. Dish plating, meal preparation, and packaging for takeout.
4. Dishwashing and equipment maintenance.
5. Keeping the work area clean and organized.
Leave Policy: Two days off per week, rotating shifts.
Salary:
After midnight – additional NT$30–60/hour
Bonus System:
Part-time staff who reach the following monthly hours will receive extra bonuses:
(1) 60 hours – NT$300
(2) 80 hours – NT$500
(3) 100 hours – NT$1000
(4) 150 hours – NT$1500

工作內容：
【外場職務內容】
1.顧客服務-登記帶位、點餐送餐、結帳、外帶等。
2.餐點介紹與推廣
3.電腦輸入顧客點選餐點、送單。
4.擺設餐具、撤桌、撤餐車。
5.維持環境乾淨整潔。
6.完成主管交辦事項。

【內場職務內容】
團隊分工合作共同完成
1.食材品質維護及控管。
2.食材前置處理(洗菜、切菜、煮飯等) 。
3.各式鍋類擺盤、餐點製作、外帶。
4.餐具清洗及設備保養。
5.維持工作區域乾淨整潔。
休假制度：週休二日，排班制
薪資：
超過晚上１２點每小時加30-60元
獎金制度：
兼職人員當月上班時數達以下標準，額外發放時數獎金：
(1). 達60小時－獎金300元
(2). 達80小時－獎金500元
(3). 達100小時－獎金1000元
(4). 達150小時－獎金1500元
