Front & Back-of-House Management Trainee \[Osaka Ohsho – Nangang Lalaport Branch] – Stock Options / Monthly Salary up to NT\$61,000

Front-of-House Job Responsibilities:
* Table setup and cleanliness maintenance
* Customer reception and seating arrangements
* Responding to customer orders and providing suggestions
* Delivering tableside service
* Assisting kitchen staff with ingredient preparation
* Maintaining overall store cleanliness and tableware care
Back-of-House Job Responsibilities:
* Washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients for cooking
* Assisting chefs in measuring ingredient volume and weight
* Performing cutting and portioning tasks
* Dividing and packaging ingredients
Working Hours:
* (Shift schedule based on store arrangement: morning/afternoon/evening/holidays, between 09:00–22:00)
* Flexible shift scheduling (must rotate between morning/afternoon/evening/holiday shifts)
* Full-time staff are required to work at least 160 hours per month
Other Requirements:
1. Polite, enjoys interacting with people, highly service-oriented, with a positive work attitude.
2. Strong emphasis on food safety, hygiene, and quality.
3. Friendly and patient, with good problem-solving skills; proactive in observing customer needs and providing proper service.
4. Team player, able to build trust and collaborate with colleagues.
5. Ambitious and motivated candidates preferred.

. 彈性排班制(需輪早/中/晚/假日)
