Job Description
1. Execute and manage R&D procedures and project schedules
2. Responsible for process development and implementation of new products or technologies
3. Evaluate, test, analyze, and select new materials
4. Apply for and manage product patents
5. Establish inspection standards for new products
6. Prepare and review technical documents
7. Handle and coordinate mass production issues
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Education Requirement: Master’s degree or above
Preferred Majors: Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering

Requirements:
* Expertise in polymer mechanical processing is a plus
* Proactive, responsible, and a good team player
1. 研發流程及專案進度執行與管理。
2. 負責新產品或技術的製程開發及導入。
3. 負責新材料的評估、測試、分析與選擇。
4. 產品專利申請及管理。
5. 制訂新產品檢驗標準。
6. 技術文件製作、審查。
7. 量產問題處理及協調。
8. 其他主管交辦事項。
學歷要求：碩士以上
科系要求
材料工程相關、化學工程相關、紡織工程相關
其他條件
1. 具高分子機械加工專長尤佳。
