Job Description
Production Staff (Full-time Position)
Note: This position is recruited by Cai DuoDuo Job Bank on behalf of a partner company.
Work Location: Assigned by the company (cannot be chosen individually).
Job Description:
1. Assist with production and related processes (requires lifting heavy objects).
2. Manage production operations (bare wire, paper wrapping, shifting, enamel coating).
3. Carry out tasks assigned by on-site supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Able to work at locations assigned by the company.
2. Physically capable of lifting heavy objects.
3. Willingness to work overtime is preferred.
Working Hours:
* According to company shift arrangements.
* Enamel coating group: two-shift rotation, 12 hours per day (details explained during interview).
* Other groups: standard 8 hours (08:00–17:00).
Salary:
* Monthly salary: NT\$32,000–34,000 (excluding attendance bonus and overtime pay).
* Salary includes overtime calculation (negotiable during interview).
* Attendance bonus (two phases):
* Day 1–15: NT\$500 if tardiness does not exceed 30 minutes.
* Day 16–30/31: NT\$500 if tardiness does not exceed 30 minutes.
* If late more than 30 minutes in the first half, but no tardiness in the second half, the second bonus can still be received.
Benefits:
1. Meals and health checkup provided (lunch provided; dinner also provided if working overtime).
2. Year-end bonus depending on annual business performance.

2.生產作業管理(裸線、包紙、轉位、漆包)

漆包組需輪班為二班制，一天工作12小時(詳細於面試時說明)

薪資：
月薪 32,000-34,000 元 (未含全勤獎金與加班費)

全勤獎金：分兩階段計算
1-15日：若遲到不超過30分鐘，可領500元
16-30/31日：若遲到不超過30分鐘，可領500元
若前半月遲到超過30分鐘，但後半月無遲到，仍可領後段500元
