Job Description:
Work assigned to different stations based on experience and skills, including receiving materials, preparation, reporting, inspection, and packaging.
Rubber cutting machine adjustment / visual inspection using a microscope / reporting production abnormalities
Machine operation (maintenance and troubleshooting) / coating machine operation (maintenance, sandblasting)
Product assembly, inspection, packaging, shipping, and material preparation
Working Hours:
Day shift: 08:00–20:00
Night shift: 20:00–08:00
Salary:
Day shift: NT$30,590–39,186 (including 4 days of weekend overtime)
Night shift: NT$38,590–47,677 (including 4 days of weekend overtime, plus NT$50/hour night shift allowance)
Requirements:
Able to work in standing or seated positions, adapt to noise and dusty environments, and wear full cleanroom suits

1. Performance bonus: NT$0–10,000 per quarter (subject to monthly performance evaluation)
