Job Description 1. Design formulations and develop manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals
2. Prepare technical documents for drug registration (CTD)
3. Collaborate with production engineers to conduct scale-up operations
4. Assist with patent search, interpretation, avoidance strategies, and compilation of technical data for infringement analysis and patent applications

Educational Background:

Majors in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Medical and Health Sciences

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in pharmaceutical product development project management is a plus
2. Familiarity with CMC-related development, manufacturing, and quality control is preferred
3. Experience in formulation development for several years is advantageous
4. Positive attitude and strong team cooperation
