Job Description
Formulation R&D Specialist【Xinfeng Township, Hsinchu County】【Pharmaceutical Research Institute】
Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulation design and process development for pharmaceutical products
2. Preparation of technical documentation (CTD) for drug registration and regulatory submissions
3. Collaborate with production technical staff for scale-up and mass production
4. Assist with patent searches, interpretation, avoidance strategies, and technical data compilation for infringement analysis reports and patent applications
Chinese Language Requirement:
Must possess Mandarin proficiency certificate at B1 level or above
Educational Requirements:
Pharmacy-related fields, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related majors
(No prior work experience required)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in pharmaceutical development project management is preferred
2. Experience in pharmaceutical CMC-related R&D, manufacturing, and quality control is preferred
3. Multiple years of experience in formulation development is preferred
4. Positive attitude and strong teamwork capability
