Commissioned by Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment: Front-of-House Service Staff (Full-time)
Work Location:
Breeze Nanshan: No. 17, Songzhi Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City
Job Description:
1. Provide warm and attentive table service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Prepare beverages at the bar and assist with dessert plating.
3. Handle cashier operations and maintain a clean dining environment.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
5. Take on management responsibilities and have opportunities for supervisor training and promotion.
Requirements:
* Able to communicate in Chinese and introduce menu items to customers.
Working Hours & Breaks:
◆ Actual working hours: 8 hours/day.
◆ Split shifts exceeding 2.5 hours will receive a gap-time allowance of NT$200.
◆ Rotational shifts based on store operations and training schedule.
◆ Must be available for both morning (opening) and evening (closing) shifts.
◆ Working hours: between 10:00–22:00 (to be discussed during interview).
Overtime:
Occasionally required, depending on store operations.
Salary:
Starting salary NT$35,000 + Breeze Nanshan project bonus NT$2,000.
Additional station-based performance bonus up to NT$5,500.
Monthly salary range: NT$37,000–42,500.
Additional Allowance:
Gap-time allowance NT$200 for breaks exceeding 2.5 hours (based on company policy).

3.櫃台結帳,餐廳環境清潔及維護。
4.學習團隊合作，達成團隊目標。
5.正職夥伴學習承擔管理責任，有機會培育成為主管職。
工作要求：
需要會中文，能與客人基本的對話及基本點餐介紹。
上班時間&空班時間：
◆每日實際工時8小時_空班超過2.5小時，提供空班津貼$200
*輪班制：依照店舖營運及訓練狀況排班
