Job Description
1. Implement department’s annual strategy and objectives
2. Execute new product development and contract-based R&D projects
3. Talent development and technical knowledge transfer
4. Assist in variation analysis, process improvement, scale-up, and revalidation of existing products
5. Support regulatory submission and deficiency responses for project-related drug registrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
6. Provide technical services and support technology transfer, both internally and externally
❙ Monthly Salary
Master’s degree – NT$42,000 to NT$45,000
Doctoral degree – Starting from NT$63,000
❙ Educational Requirements
Master’s degree or above
❙ Preferred Majors
Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
❙ Other Requirements
* Candidates with over 3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical synthesis and chemical engineering are preferred
* Applicants with strong digital literacy and related competencies will be given priority consideration
