Job Description
Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment by Cai DuoDuo: Assembly / Packaging / Full Inspection / Machine Operator (Full-time)
Applicants who do not speak Chinese and wish to stay and work in Taiwan are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assembly, packaging, and full inspection tasks
2. Machine operation
3. Mechanical manufacturing processes, including assembly / CNC / grinding / anodizing / coating / injection molding / laser engraving / rework, etc.
Working Hours / Shifts:
* Shift work required (rotation on average once every two months)
* Monday to Friday work schedule; overtime on Saturdays may be required based on production needs
Shift Schedule:
* Day shift: 08:30–17:30
* Night shift: 20:30–05:30
Salary:
NT$37,000–40,830 (including overtime pay)
Benefits:
1. Employee meals provided (fully subsidized with normal attendance)
2. Accommodation subsidy:
* Free accommodation for the first 6 months after onboarding
* From the 7th month onward: NT$750 per month (including utilities)
3. Night shift allowance:
* 01:30–08:30
* Additional NT$15 per hour
4. Onboarding bonus:
* Onboarding period: 2025/12/1–2026/3/31
* Full attendance each month with no unexcused absence; personal/sick leave not exceeding 16 hours
* NT$3,000 paid in the first month of employment, up to 3 months (total NT$9,000)
Work Location:
1. Yongke 5th Road, Yongkang District, Tainan City
2. Ren’ai Street, Yongkang District, Tainan City
Remarks:
1. The company provides complete protective equipment for the work environment

3.機械加工製程，包括組立 / CNC / 研磨 / 陽極 / 塗裝 / 射出 / 雷雕 / 整修…等
工作時間/班別：
*需輪班(平均每兩個月輪一次)
*週一至週五上班，週六依生產安排需配合加班
班別：
*早班：08:30-17:30
*晚班：20:30-05:30
薪資：
37,000元-40,830元 (含加班費)
