Job Description
Construction Site Management
※ A degree in civil engineering or architecture-related field is required.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Construction Assistance: Assist in on-site construction management and handle daily site operations.
2. Document Management: Organize construction reports, material order records, and relevant contract documents.
3. Progress Tracking: Monitor construction progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
4. Material Management: Manage material inflow/outflow, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure accuracy.
5. Communication & Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors.
6. Quality Inspection: Supervise the construction process and ensure quality meets design and regulatory standards.
7. Budget Control: Verify project quantities and review payment estimations and billing.
8. Safety Implementation: Assist in implementing workplace safety measures and comply with ISO audit requirements.
9. Audit Support: Support ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audits by preparing documents and providing improvement suggestions.
10. Problem Solving: Respond to on-site emergencies and provide timely solutions.
※ Chinese reading and typing ability is required, as job duties involve work order systems and data entry.
Working Hours:
Initial schedule is 07:50–17:00; actual hours may vary based on operational needs. Details will be discussed during the interview.

※需土木相關科系/建築相關科系畢業
1. 施工協助：協助現場施工管理，處理日常工地事務。
2. 文件管理：整理施工報告、材料訂購記錄及相關合約文件。
3. 進度追蹤：追蹤施工進度，確保工作按照排程進行。
4. 材料管理：管理工程材料進出，定期盤點庫存，確保數量準確。
5. 溝通協調：負責與下包商之間的聯繫與協調。
6. 品質檢查：監督施工過程，確保工程品質達到設計及規範要求。
7. 預算控制：核對工程數量，審核工程款項請款估驗作業。
8. 工安執行：協助落實職場安全管理，配合ISO相關體系稽核要求。
9. 稽核配合：支持ISO 9001、ISO 45001稽核需求，協助提供資料及提出改善意見。
10. 問題處理：即時應對現場突發情況並提出解決方案。
(中文程度需具備閱讀與中文輸入能力，因工作內容包含工單系統操作與資料登打。)
