Job Responsibilities (Combined Front & Back of House Role)
1. Unified role involving both kitchen and service tasks.
2. Dough preparation, noodle rolling and cooking, soup stock making, ingredient washing and cutting, prep work, tempura frying, rice ball wrapping, cashiering, dish and utensil cleaning, table clearing, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.
3. Assist with store ordering and other administrative tasks.
4. Support operations to improve store performance.
5. Must accept support or relocation within assigned store area.
