Job Description
1. Plan, execute, control, manage cost, and close new projects and mass production programs
2. Coordinate with departments and factories to drive project execution, management, issue tracking, and resolution
3. Assist in confirming and executing product functions, specifications, and quality for project-based products
4. Organize and lead development phase meetings: planning, coordination, minute-taking, and progress tracking
5. Maintain and provide project-related information to ensure smooth communication both internally and externally
Working Hours:
Day shift: 08:30–17:30 (with 30-minute flexible buffer before/after)
Preferred Majors:
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Other Requirements:
1. Knowledge of connector products is a plus
2. PMP certification is preferred
Note:
For candidates with experience, regular monthly salary may reach NT$40,000 or above.
1. 執行新專案與量產品之規劃、執行、掌控、成本控制及結案。
2. 協助各部門及廠端推動專案之執行、管理、問題追蹤及解決。
3. 協助專案產品功能、規格、品質確認與執行。
4. 執行開發階段各項會議策劃、召集、記錄及進度追蹤等工作。
5. 維護與提供專案資訊，確保內部與外部溝通順暢。
上班時段：
日班，08:30-17:30(前後彈性半小時)
科系要求：
機械工程相關、工業設計相關、電機電子工程相關
其他條件：
1、連接器相關專業知識尤佳
2、具PMP證照
備註：
若有工作經驗，經常性薪資達 4 萬元或以上。
