Job Description
Openings: One Senior Application Scientist and one Junior Application Scientist
Job Description:
1. Develop and evaluate applications of micro bioreactors for various cell culture technologies based on global customer and market needs.
2. Independently or collaboratively execute multiple internal or external research projects.
3. Perform cell culture and cell analysis experiments.
4. Collaborate with R&D engineers to conduct bioanalysis validation for new product development.
5. Prepare application and technical reports for instruments.
6. Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors.
7. Work occasional weekend or holiday shifts as required by experiments.
8. Support company exhibitions and product demonstrations.
Qualifications:
1. Must have excellent English communication skills for meetings with international partners.
2. Master’s degree or above in biomedical-related fields, with hands-on cell experiment experience.
3. Senior Application Scientist: experience in cell line development or cell therapy process development preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving and independent thinking skills.
5. Team-oriented, open to challenges, and capable of cross-disciplinary communication.
Working Hours:
09:00–18:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)
Salary:
Monthly salary from NT$40,000 and above, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Final details to be discussed during interview.

Remarks:
1. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
2. Proficiency in English is required; basic or no Chinese ability is acceptable.
Additional Requirements:
1. Excellent spoken English for global client communication.
2. Familiar with molecular biology and cell biology experimental techniques.
3. Experience in cell culture equipment development, biopharmaceutical development, stem cell research, CAR-T cell therapy process, or drug screening is a plus.

職務內容:
1.依全球客戶及市場需求，開發微型生物反應器在不同細胞培養技術上的應用及可行性。
2.能獨立或合作執行多個內部或外部合作研究計劃。
3.執行細胞培養及細胞分析實驗。
4.與儀器研發工程端共同合作執行新產品開發的生物分析驗證。
5.撰寫儀器應用報告及技術報告。
6.主管交辦事項。
7.依實驗需求假日輪班。
8.支援公司展覽。
應徵條件:
1.需與國外公司開會，必須具備可溝通、良好的英語能力。
2.生物醫學相關領域碩士以上學位，具細胞實驗操作經驗。
3. Senior application scientist需具細胞株開發或細胞治療製程開發相關經驗。
4.具獨立思考及解決問題能力。
5. 樂於合作分享、面對新挑戰及跨領域的協調溝通。
上班時段：
09:00-18:00 (包含午休1小時)
