Back-of-House (Kitchen) – Part-Time Responsibilities
1. Preparation and plating of noodle dishes, dim sum, and stir-fried items, with quality control of served dishes.
2. Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Assisting with storage of supplies and organizing received ingredients.
Front-of-House (Service) – Part-Time Responsibilities
1. Guest seating, order taking, and food delivery.
2. Clearing and cleaning tableware; maintaining tables and surrounding areas.
3. Packing takeaway/delivery orders and checking items.
