Job Description
1. Supervision and inspection of hotel renovation, maintenance, and new project planning.
2. Regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, interior finishes, lighting, electrical systems, and air conditioning; handle emergency situations when necessary.
3. Assist with fire safety and public safety inspections and reporting.
4. Maintain the environment, conduct fixed asset inventory, and support large-scale events.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Salary:
From NT$45,000 per month (fixed or variable salary depending on individual experience and performance).
Business Travel / Assignment:
Frequent domestic travel required; total annual travel time not fixed.
Working Hours:
Day shift / Night shift (to be discussed during the interview); rotational schedule required.
Field of Study Requirement:
Electrical and electronic maintenance or related fields.
Other Requirements:
1. Must be able to cooperate with domestic business trips and site inspections.
2. Basic repair skills in plumbing and electrical maintenance.
3. Possession of licenses or certificates related to plumbing, electrical systems, indoor wiring, HVAC, fire safety, occupational safety, or boiler operation is preferred (license bonus provided).

1.需配合國內出差、巡點。
2.水電基本修繕能力。
3.具水、電、室內配線、空調、消防、勞安、鍋爐等相關證照尤佳。(證照獎金給予)
