Job Description
Commissioned by Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment: Kitchen Staff (Back of House)
Work Location:
Wenqing Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City
Job Description:
1. Cutting and preparing ingredients.
2. Operating frying and stir-fry stations.
3. Assisting in meal preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
Working Hours:
*10:30–21:30 (with a break between 14:30–16:30)*
*Overtime pay calculated according to the Labor Standards Act for hours exceeding 8 per day.*
Leave System:
*Shift-based schedule (one compensatory day off for national holidays).*
Salary:
1. Monthly salary: NT$32,000 + Full attendance bonus: NT$2,000
2. Additional NT$2,000 if capable of independently handling the stir-fry station.
3. Overtime pay based on a base salary of NT$32,000.

薪資：

2.若可獨立操作炒台，加發 NT$2,000
3.加班費依月薪 NT$32,000 為基準計算
