Job Description Supervisor / Team Leader \[Anzu Tonkatsu – Xinyi Vieshow Branch] – Monthly Salary NT\$38,000–46,000 #Additional Store Performance Bonuses!

*(Base salary + meal allowance + full attendance + tax-free overtime pay) = NT\$38,000, plus additional store performance bonuses.*
Employees who pass all promotion assessments may earn up to NT\$61,000 per month.

【Working Hours】
1. Flexible shift scheduling (must rotate morning/afternoon/evening/holidays)
2. Full-time staff are required to work at least 160 hours per month
3. (Shift schedule based on store arrangement: morning/afternoon/evening/holidays, between 09:00–22:00)

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Provide customer service and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
2. Prepare and process food in the kitchen
3. Execute administrative tasks and manage operations in assigned areas
4. Conduct staff training
5. Ensure product quality control and perform duty management

【Other Requirements】
1. At least 1–2 years of experience in F\&B management; candidates with chain brand experience preferred.
2. Polite, enjoys interacting with people, highly service-oriented, with a positive work attitude.
3. Strong emphasis on food safety, hygiene, and quality.
4. Friendly and patient, with strong problem-solving skills; proactive in observing customer needs and providing proper service.
5. Team player, able to build trust and collaborate with colleagues.
6. Ambitious and motivated candidates preferred.
