Back-of-House (Kitchen) Responsibilities
1. Noodle preparation, cooking noodles, fried rice, and fried noodles.
2. Operating griddles and steam stations.
3. Rolling dough; preparing and wrapping stuffed pancakes and wraps.
4. Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen environment and equipment.
5. Progressive workstation training based on learning progress.
Front-of-House (Service) Responsibilities
1. Guest seating, order taking, and food delivery.
2. Clearing and cleaning tableware; maintaining tables and surrounding areas.
3. Packing takeaway/delivery orders and checking items.
4. Preparing side dishes and maintaining cleanliness of the side-dish station.
5. Cashier duties.

Back-of-House (Full-Time):
NT$35,000–38,000 / month (8–10 days off per month)
Front-of-House (Full-Time):
NT$33,000–36,000 / month (8–10 days off per month)

【外場服務工作內容】
1.負責帶位、點餐及送餐。

4.小菜台工作備製及清潔維護。
5.櫃台結帳。
