Job Description
1. Assist in planning, execution, progress tracking, and reporting of R&D projects related to new materials and new processes.
2. Plan and execute sample preparation activities, and estimate cost, yield, and production capacity.
3. Implement process efficiency improvements and yield enhancement activities.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Background: Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Other Requirements:
1. Experience in evaluating and developing new suppliers is a plus.
2. Strong ability to write standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality documents (FMEA, CP) is preferred.
3. Familiarity with AutoCAD tools is a plus.
4. Must be able to work overtime on weekdays and holidays.
