Job Description
Commissioned by Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment: Equipment Engineer
Work Location:
Tainan: Dunei Village, Xinshi District, Tainan City
Hsinchu: Section 3, Huanbei Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County
※ Training will be conducted in Hsinchu for approximately 2 months before assignment to the Tainan site.
Job Description:
1. Perform regular maintenance and servicing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure stability and high performance.
2. Analyze equipment malfunctions, carry out accurate repairs, and document detailed maintenance reports.
3. Inspect damaged components, evaluate replacement solutions, and conduct replacement and functionality testing.
4. Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime.
5. Conduct functionality testing and verification for R&D equipment and new technology applications.
6. Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment while providing real-time technical support.
7. Draft and maintain technical documents, operation manuals, and test reports for knowledge sharing.
8. Continuously enhance professional knowledge, including learning new technologies and cleanroom protocols.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to travel to client sites for equipment maintenance (driving skills can be trained after employment).
2. Must hold a valid car or motorcycle driver’s license.
3. Chinese proficiency: TOCFL Level B2 or above.
4. English proficiency: TOEIC 500 or above.
Working Hours:
Day shift: 08:30–17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00–13:00)
Salary:
Monthly salary NT$40,000–45,000 (including base pay, bonuses, and allowances; negotiable during interview).
Leave System:
Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday); one weekend per month may be scheduled for on-call duty.

新竹地址： 新竹縣竹北市環北路三段
※入職後需先到新竹受訓約 2 個月，之後回台南工作。
工作內容：
1. 定期進行半導體製造設備之維護與保養，確保設備穩定運行與高效能。
2. 分析設備故障原因，執行精準修復並記錄詳細維修報告。
3. 檢測損壞零件並評估替代方案，執行更換及功能測試作業。
4. 規劃並實施設備預防性維護程序，減少非計畫性停機事件。
5. 負責研發設備功能確認測試，驗證新技術能力實應用於生產。
6. 安裝、調試及校準製造設備，提供即時技術支援與問題解決方案。
7. 撰寫與維護技術文檔，設備操作手冊與測試報告，促進知識共享。
8. 持續提升專業知識，包括新技術學習及潔淨室規範之掌握與實踐。
應徵條件：
1.需能外出至客戶端進行設備維修(需會開車，入職後可再學)
2.須具備汽機車駕照
3.中文程度達 華語文能力測驗 B2 級 以上
4.英文程度 TOEIC 500 分 以上
工作時間：
日班：08:30-17:30 (休息時間:12:00-13:00)
薪資：
月薪40000-45000元 (包括底薪、獎金、津貼等；面試時可詳談)

週休六日 (有排值班，一個月會有一個六日值班)
