Job Description
Cooperative Company Entrusted to Cai DuoDuo – Full-Time Recruitment: Kitchen Runner & Plating Staff (Day/Night Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
Junior Level: Assisting pot preparation, delivering soup pots, collecting tableware, delivering dishes, tidying tables and cleaning the dining area
Intermediate Level: Plating and delivering dishes, preparing and processing ingredients, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
Senior Level: Supervising dish quality, cooking hot meals and snacks, slicing meats, noodle preparation, and live cooking demonstrations
Application Requirements:
1. Must have legal work eligibility and clean criminal record; must meet the Points System threshold
2. This position requires high physical stamina
3. Good health, able to stand and walk for long periods, and capable of lifting items (e.g., dishes)
4. Willing to undergo company training and follow standard procedures (e.g., food knowledge, food and occupational safety regulations)
5. Energetic and proactive, willing to greet customers warmly; preferred candidates will demonstrate initiative (e.g., saying “welcome,” “be careful with the hot pot,” helping guests, simple introductions and directions)
6. Good attendance and willingness to work overtime are preferred
Working Hours:
Day/Mid/Night/Split/Evening Shifts (rotational; negotiable)
Shifts vary by position, e.g.:
10:00–20:00, 11:00–21:00, 12:00–22:00, 13:00–23:00, 16:00–01:00
※ Night shift: 19:00–04:00 (no shift rotation required)
Salary:
Day shift: Base salary NT$40,000 (excluding overtime); bonus upon evaluation
Night shift: Average starting salary NT$45,000
※ Night allowance: NT$50/hour after 00:00 (average NT$4,000–6,000/month)
Transparent Promotion System with Piece-Based Bonus Evaluation:
Intermediate Level: NT$51,500
Senior Level: NT$57,500
Special Role: NT$75,000
Supervisor: NT$80,000
Department Manager: NT$90,000–120,000

工作內容：
初級：配鍋、傳送湯鍋、回收餐具、送菜盤、整理餐桌與環境等。
中級：擺盤傳菜、食材準備、食材調理、廚房清理及維護環境等。
高級：負責產品出品把關、熟食小吃烹調、切製肉盤、麵食製作及表演。
應徵條件：
1. 需為合格身分無不良紀錄，評點制分數可達標。
2. 此崗位體力消耗相對較大。
3. 身體健康，可長時間站立、走動，需可提重物(如搬餐具)。
4. 接受公司培訓、願意學習並執行工作流程。(如菜品知識、食品安全職業安全相關規範)。
5. 熱情活潑、態度積極主動，敢於向顧客打招呼，擇優錄取。(例如歡迎光臨、小心鍋底、協助帶位、簡單環境介紹及引導)
6. 不隨意請假、願意配合加班者佳。
工作時間：
日班／中班／晚班／兩頭班／小夜班 (需輪班，班別可溝通)
各班別依據崗位有不同上班時間。
例：
10:00-20:00、11:00-21:00、12:00-22:00、13:00-23:00、16:00-01:00。
※夜班：19:00-04:00 (不需輪班)
薪資：
日班：底薪 NT$40,000 (未含加班費)，通過考核另有獎金
夜班：平均薪資 NT$45,000 起
※ 夜間津貼：00:00後每小時加給50元 (平均夜班津貼可達4000~6000)
